Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States.  Shipping for items and goods is a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.  Shipping for registrations, tickets, memberships, and donations is free.  We will usually ship through USPS but reserve the right to ship via another carrier if it is cheaper or faster.

Returns Policy

Summer Camp Cancellations
Refund less a $20 fee will be given if the cancellation is more than fourteen (14) days prior to the camp start date. If less than fourteen days, refund less a $20 fee will be given only if we can fill the space. If we must cancel a camp session, you will receive a full refund.

Program/Special Event Tickets
Registrations and tickets for programs and events are non-refundable. 

Memberships
Memberships are fully earned and are non-refundable.

Apparel, Stationary, Other Items
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
